Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Moist Cream Review

This post contains affiliate links. Product provided by Stylevana.

A good moisturizer can make all the difference for my combination skin. Too heavy and I might get congested pores and an oily shine; too light and all the hydrating layers that came before won’t be properly locked in. I usually stick with gel formulas for mornings and something more nourishing at night.

One of my current moisturizers is Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Moist Cream. It’s sold almost everywhere: Stylevana (code INF10KBH), YesStyle (reward code KBHOBBIT), iHerb (code CWN6107), Blooming Koco, Jolse, StyleKorean, and Amazon.

Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Moist Cream promises deep hydration and nourishment with 5 kinds of hyaluronic acid, trehalose, shea butter, and plant oils. It’s advertised as suitable for all skin types, including sensitive people.

How to use:

  • Apply at the end of your skincare routine

  • Follow with SPF in the morning

The cream is white, smooth, and spreads easily. I do not notice a scent at all. The 100ml tube looks larger than my typical face creams, but that could just be an optical illusion since 100ml isn’t uncommon as far as size.

My impressions

I got this product in late Spring. I tried it a few times on my face, but it’s a little too rich for my combination skin. It would probably be fine in the winter, but we aren’t there yet. Because the tube is so generously sized, and it only takes a bit of Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Moist Cream to cover a fairly large area, I’ve been using it as a body moisturizer. I have other products I prefer for the face, but this works wonderfully on the body.

My legs and arms are quite dry, even in the Summer, and this cream made them soft and smooth without any grease. When I say a little goes a long way, I mean it - about a dime sized amount covers a whole leg from right above the knee to the ankle (and I’m 5’9” with very long legs). If I use too much, then my legs are sticky for a little while.

I think this would be better suited for people with dry skin. It’s definitely too much for my combination skin right now.
