I started using Jumiso products last year and instantly fell in love! The brand makes effective, beautiful options at affordable prices without compromising quality. For reference, I have combination skin with an oily t-zone and dry-to-normal everything else. I’m very fair and prone to hyperpigmentation and freckles. I have early signs of aging such as fine lines, especially on my forehead.
Jumiso All Day Vitamin Brightening & Balancing Serum
This bright orange bottle has been a part of my morning routine since late 2022. This is a brightening treatment for radiant skin that should be suitable for all skin types. The main ingredient - 86.14% vitamin tree extract - is well known for its ability to heal the skin, brighten, and reduce inflammation.
How to use
Apply to desired areas after cleansing
Massage to aid absorption
Follow with the rest of your routine
This is a gentle formula ideal for beginners or people with extra sensitive skin. The gel-like serum absorbs almost instantly and doesn’t oxidize. I follow with SPF after a few minutes and don’t notice any stickiness or greasiness. It can also be used as a part of an evening routine.

Jumiso All Day Vitamin Pure C 5.5 Glow Serum
This one contains pure Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) plus 2% Ascorbyl Glucoside (AA2G) and is clinically proven to fade dark spots by 30% in two weeks. It also promises to brighten and even out the skin tone. Other noteworthy ingredients include ferulic acid to boost antioxidant properties and tocopherol for soothing.
Unlike some other vitamin C serums, 5.5 Glow Serum is non-irritating and won’t cause stinging or a warm sensation during use. Still, patch testing and slow introduction are recommended.
How to use
Use on clean skin before other products
More potent vitamin C serums such as this one can sometimes cause purging and irritation as the skin adjusts to the new treatment. This is considered normal. I personally did not have that experience, but I am also not new to vitamin C serums in general.
This product could oxidize and is best used within three months of opening. It’s slightly more liquid than the All Day serum and I’m currently using this one in the mornings. I paused the Brightening & Balancing serum for now, because I want to make sure I use the Glow one up while it’s fresh. It layers beautifully under sunscreen and makeup and feels very light on the skin. There’s no scent.
My favorite part about this product is that it doesn’t sting, even if I have a blemish or a toddler scratch on my face. That’s a huge plus. But more importantly, I notice a visible improvement in the quantity and color of my freckles.
Jumiso All Day Vitamin VC-IP 1.0 Firming Serum
This serum features Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate(Vitamin C) plus Bakuchiol to firm and brighten the skin, boosting collagen production. Just like the Glow Serum, this contains ferulic acid and tocopherol, but also adds bakuchiol and panthenol.
How to use
For normal skin, use after cleanser and toner
Follow with moisturizer (especially for dry skin)
The firming serum has a similar consistency to the Brightening & Balancing one (maybe a tad thicker) but is milky in color. For me, this is a good addition to the evening routine, but could be used in the morning as well. I am excited for longer-term results of the Firming Serum, and I can see it being especially nice for people with dry skin, because it feels more nourishing than the other two versions.
All of these serums are lovely in their own right. If you are new to trying to brighten your skin and dealing with pigmentation, consider starting with Jumiso All Day Vitamin Brightening & Balancing Serum. If you have more serious discoloration and want to address it as quickly as possible, choose Jumiso All Day Vitamin Pure C 5.5 Glow Serum.
