I tend to hoard toners like a dragon - it’s one of my favorite steps of Korean skincare. A great toner can hydrate, balance the pH, and prepare the skin for the next steps of the beauty ritual. One of my current toners from a new to me brand is PACKage Woljeongli Bada Toner.
PACKage Woljeongli Bada Toner contains a blend of 5 hyaluronic acids for superior hydration. It is gentle and should be suitable for all skin types, even the sensitive ones. All ingredients are EWG-certified as green. In addition to the hyaluronic acids, this product also features honey and aloe juice. The second ingredient - lava extract - is a skin conditioner. The toner can be purchased on Amazon and eBay.
How to use:
Apply after cleanser in the morning and/or evening
Follow with the rest of your skincare
The toner is very light and watery, not at all sticky. Only a bit is needed for the entire face and neck, so one bottle should last for quite some time. There is no scent.
My impressions:
This is a great basic toner. I love products with simple ingredients lists that won’t interfere with any actives. PACKage Woljeongli Bada Toner would work well for the popular 7 skin method (when toner is layered onto the skin up to 7 times for ultimate hydration). It also makes a great hydrating express mask - simply soak thin cotton discs in the liquid, then apply to dry areas.
The packaging deserves a special mention. In the world inundated by hundreds (thousands?) of products, eye-catching presentations are very important. It’s a pleasure to use this toner every time. A simple trick of printing the image on the back of the label creates a cool 3D effect. I know it’s a small thing that has nothing to do with product efficacy, but it brings a smile to my face, and smiling is great for anti-aging.
If you are looking for a good hydrating toner with quality ingredients that won’t interfere with your other products, then try this one out.
