Torriden Dive-In Low Molecule Hyaluronic Acid Serum Review

Five years ago I had no idea what hyaluronic acid even was, and now I can’t imagine my skincare routine without it. Sometimes it’s just an unassuming part of an ingredient list, and sometimes it’s the focal point of the whole product.

Torriden Dive-In Low Molecule Hyaluronic Acid Serum provides intensive moisture and soothes the skin. It’s sold on* YesStyle (use reward code KBHOBBIT for an extra discount), Amazon, Stylevana, Stylekorean, and eBay.

This serum is also known as “3 second serum”, as that’s how quickly it promises to bring hydration to the skin. Torriden Dive-In Low Molecule Hyaluronic Acid Serum holds a few impressive awards: 2019 No 1 Hawahee Beauty Awards in Essence/Ampoule/Serum, No 1 Essence in Naver Beauty Window, and more.

How to use:

  • Apply after cleansing and toning

  • Seal in with a moisturizer

Can be used in the morning and/or evening.

The formula is thicker than water but still very easy to dispense using the provided dropper. There is no stickiness and no scent. The blue color comes from the natural malachite extract and not from artificial dyes.

In addition to hyaluronic acid, the serum also features madecassoside (soothing), ceramide and beta-glucan (elasticity), d-panthenol (moisture). A full list of ingredients is available at the end of the review.

My impressions

I have two full size Torriden Dive-In Low Molecule Hyaluronic Acid Serums. It’s not unusual for me to give away extra skincare (I have just one face) to friends and family, but I’m keeping both of these. I’m already more than halfway through the first bottle, and I like it so much that I want to use the second one as well.

This serum does a great job hydrating the skin without being heavy or oily. I’ve been using it mostly in the evening, but if I have time and motivation, then I use it in the morning as well.

I think the only thing I would change about this product is the plastic bottle. There’s something fancy and special about glass packaging, and I definitely prefer glass for serums. However, I know that sometimes shipping glass is extra heavy and extra risky (breakage). Anyway, it’s a tiny thing - I seriously couldn’t find anything else to pick on. I love this.

My skin is so plump and happy, smooth, glowy. I’ve been combining the serum with the other products in the dive-in line - I received some travel sized ones and have been reviewing them on my Instagram (toner, booster, cream).
