I can go on and on about how I really needed hand cream for my dry hands, but the real reason I bought this is because of the cute packaging :) and then the contents ended up being quite decent.
It all started with an Innisfree grapefruit hand cream. I really liked that cream. A coworker liked it because of the smell, and since that specific scent was discontinued, I gave her mine. My inner hobbit cheerfully screamed how we IMMEDIATELY need a replacement. I have mixed feelings about TonyMoly as a brand - their packaging is always on point, but the ingredients not so much. But I didn’t spot any parabens in the mango cream, so decided to try it.
The hand butter is available on eBay. Beware of the listings that are super cheap and ship from China. Those are fake products.
People, this is great! First of all, the packaging really is adorable and fits into even the smallest of purses. Second, the butter nourishes the skin well. The product is quite thick, but gets absorbed quickly and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. The mango scent is quite strong, but doesn’t linger (unless you stick your hands right up to your nose). I like the smell, so no complaints here. I don’t stick to my work keyboard right after application, which is another major benefit. Every winter, my poor hands dry up and crack to the point of bleeding. This year, I tried really hard to prevent that. It worked fairly well, I think. The cute packaging makes this a good gift idea for a friend, too.
