Yadah Collagen Mask Pack Review

Updated: Oct 27, 2020

Snail mucin is a prominent ingredient in Korean skincare. It’s rich in natural collagen that is easily absorbed by the skin. Simply put, collagen is a necessary protein that helps keep the skin smooth and wrinkle-free. Snail mucin can also soothe irritation, improve the appearance of scars and post-acne marks, and result in better elasticity and firmness.

My skin: combination with oily t-zone and dry-to-normal cheeks; occasional troubles like redness and pimples but not too often.

I “might” have a little obsession with sheet masks, so far 30% of our refrigerator door storage is taken up by them (hey, less room for desserts). I stumbled upon a pack of these at a local store and couldn’t say no. Besides, my husband sometimes uses masks too, and this box came with 12 of them - plenty to share. I haven't seen them in the store since, but they are available on* eBay, Amazon and Facetory

Since I’ve never even heard of the brand before, I did a little research (aka Google). It’s a Korean brand specializing in safe skincare and makeup. The firm’s founder started it when she couldn’t find skincare for her teenager with safe enough ingredients for sensitive skin. Their motto is “be your first love”, but I’m not sure if they mean that Yadah will be your first love or if you should love yourself first. Sometimes English in Korean skincare gets a little interesting. They do say that they want to awaken the tremble of the first love in their users. The company uses only safe organic ingredients certified by ECO CERT.

I really like the masks and even shared them with friends and family. The material is thin and soft, adequately saturated without dripping down my neck and not sticky. The husband likes them too (don’t let his face fool you). They soothe, tighten, and nourish the skin while improving the appearance of fine lines. I don’t notice a scent, but I’m not very sensitive to smells. Overall, they are great and I'm confident recommending them.

You can learn more about the brand in this official video:

The masks are free of synthetic dyes, parabens, fragrances, and other harmful ingredients. They are available on* eBay, Amazon and Facetory
