I love a good clay mask and always have at least one in my rotation. SKIN1004 Witch Pack is available on Amazon, YesStyle (reward code KBHOBBIT), Stylevana (code INF10KBH), and iHerb (code CWN6107). It’s a cream mask that promises to reduce the appearance of pores, improve skin texture, and remove dead skin cells.
How to use
Apply after cleansing and toning
Rinse off after 10-15 minutes
Despite the official instructions, I don’t use a toner before masking. I double cleanse, apply the mask, relax in a warm bath while watching YouTube, and then rinse. I finish off the process with a good toner, serum and moisturizer.
The box comes with 8 individual mask packs plus an application brush. Because the clay is easy to squeeze out and apply with fingers, I don’t use the brush at all. The Witch Pack is super creamy, doesn’t have a noticeable scent, and doesn’t dry down to an uncomfortable crisp. A lot of people let their clay masks dry, but I prefer to rinse mine while they are still nice and moist - skin gets the benefit without causing unnecessary dryness and irritation.
My impressions
Overall, this is a good mask but I’m not likely to purchase it with my own money. The regular price is around $16, making it $2 per use due to the pre portioned packets. While I never measured the exact number of applications I get from jarred clay masks, I have a strong feeling it’s more than 8.
Financials aside, I enjoy the user experience and the immediate results. My skin feels soft, smooth, and pleasantly matte without dryness. The pores are less visible as well. I’m about halfway through my box and will happily finish using it.
