SNP Fresh Vita Hydrating 2-Step Mask Review

I use sheet masks almost daily, and unusual ones always catch my eye. This mask was in one of the monthly Facetory boxes (read about them here) and qualifies as “interesting”. The mask material is stored separately from the serum - they are combined only immediately before application.

The main purpose of the SNP Fresh Vita Hydrating mask is to soothe and hydrate dull, irritated skin. It’s great for the summertime when sun exposure is basically inevitable.

Active ingredients:

  • Tea tree extract - soothes and kills bacteria

  • Green grape extract - gently exfoliates and helps maintain moisture levels

  • Panthenol - moisturizes and hydrates

  • Raspberry and strawberry extracts - naturally high in vitamin C to brighten skin tone and reduce wrinkles

How to use:

  1. Fold the mask envelope along the lines and push as indicated. This will perforate the thin membrane inside and allow the serum to leak into the mask sheet compartment

  2. “Massage” the envelope, spreading the liquid around and letting the mask soak it in

  3. Open and apply to a clean face after toner

  4. Remove and discard after 10-20 minutes

My impressions:

The name of the mask is somewhat misleading. It’s not really two step, unless you count combining the serum with the mask sheet a step. Once combined, it’s just your typical sheet mask. I enjoyed it quite a bit - the smell is nice and fresh, the material adheres well, and the hydration is noticeable. My skin can be sensitive to vitamin C, but I didn’t have any adverse reactions to this mask. It’s definitely worth a try and is available on Facetory and Amazon. I couldn’t find it on eBay. If you find it, let me know in the comments.
