You know how not everything in life is a win? Well, let me tell you about a total fail.
This NOHJ Deep Cleansing Bubble mask came in one of my Facetory boxes (read about them here). I’ve only tried one other bubble mask at that time, so I was excited to experiment. The product promised deep cleansing, pigmentation lightening and anti-inflammatory properties.
Application is easy - wash your face, apply the mask for 5-10 minutes, then remove and rinse the remaining bubbles.
The packaging suggests rubbing your body with the used mask to exfoliate that too (I did that - oh WHY??).

I didn’t have any tingling or any unpleasant sensations during use. I did rub the used mask on my arms before hopping into the shower and washing everything off. All seemed well and my face felt so clean and smooth. A few hours later, sitting in front of the TV, I started to itch. First a little bit on my jaw, then on my neck, then on my entire face. Crap, I’m allergic to something in this mask! And I thought ok, it really may not be the mask, it could be anything else in life. But no, the only itchy parts were my face and my arms where I rubbed the mask sheet. I ended up taking a full bath to get as much of the itch gone as possible, took an antihistamine, washed my face again. I survived and still had skin in the morning. The only symptom was the insane itch (and redness, but that’s because I’m very fair and if I itch at all it turns red).
Conclusion:
Use at your own risk. I think it must work for a lot of people and NOHJ is a pretty popular brand. But, for me, it didn’t work.
