The Clearouse Healing Ginseng Nourishing Mask is designed for dull, tired, stressed out skin. Ginseng contains many phytonutrients, which makes it an ideal and prized anti-aging ingredient. It's sold on Facetory.
How to use:
Apply to a clean face after toner
Leave on for 10-20 minutes
Remove, pat in the remaining essence and follow with the rest of your routine
My impressions:
I’ve had a couple of ginseng sheet masks and a peeling mask (review here), and most of them have very potent, herbal and floral scents. I’m not sure if that’s what ginseng is supposed to smell like, or if that’s a chosen “representation” of the scent in the Korean skincare market.
Surprisingly, this mask smells minty. It’s quite pleasant. And when applied, it cools the face the way mint products often do. That sensation could be lovely, but I wasn’t expecting it so it took me by complete surprise. The mask fit is fantastic, as you already see in the picture.
I would recommend this mask for people who want to refresh their skin and give it an anti-aging boost. My skin felt very smooth and pleasant afterwards.
