Marine ingredients are often present in Korean cosmetics due to the many benefits they offer. The 23 Years Old Seaweed Silky Mask contains coptis japonica extract, sea water, and algae extract to soothe, deeply hydrate, and provide important antioxidants to the skin. The minerals in the sea water support a healthy skin barrier, which is crucial for keeping the “good stuff” in and the “bad stuff” out of the deeper tissue layers. How to use:
Apply to a clean face after toner
Relax for 15-20 minutes
Remove and pat in the excess essence

Let me start with a fair warning for all parents - since this mask covers the entire mouth area, you are better off waiting until the kids are in bed or in school before using it. I wasn’t so wise, and my 4 year old had a blast for 20 minutes while mom couldn’t talk…
I liked the mask. The material is soft and adheres well. I was a bit afraid that it might irritate my lips (which are dry due to the weather right now), but instead it hydrated them nicely. The scent is mild and pleasant. I’m not entirely sure the price tag is justified - typically in that price range I expect hydrogel masks or something with several steps/products in the pack.
