Abib Sedum Hyaluron Sunscreen Protection Tube Review

There can never be enough sunscreen. If I see a giveaway, I typically enter. That’s how I ended up winning Abib Sedum Hyaluron Sunscreen Protection Tube SPF50+ PA++++. This light moisturizing sunscreen is available on Amazon, YesStyle (reward code KBHOBBIT), Stylevana (code INF10KBH), StyleKorean, and iHerb (code CWN6107).

How to use

  • Apply to exposed areas at the end of skin care routine (before makeup)

  • Reapply as needed throughout the day

Marketing materials promise “soufflé soft texture” and they aren’t wrong. The texture is probably my favorite attribute of this sunscreen - it’s a pure joy to apply and feels like the fanciest of face creams. It melts into the skin like a fluffy cloud. Once I pat it in, Abib sunscreen dries down quite quickly to a natural, tiny bit dewy finish with no white cast. I use it all over the face, neck, ears, and around the eyes with zero irritation.

My impressions

I love testing sunscreens, but didn’t have high hopes for this one. Maybe because the first Abib sun stick was a giant disappointment. However, this might be the best sunscreen discovery of 2023 for me. It’s very easy to apply and spread, has no white cast and no scent (or at least I don’t notice a scent while using), and doesn’t cause any unwanted greasiness. I do get a bit of a glow with it, but nothing too dewy. While I use translucent powder most days, I can easily skip it and my skin still looks how I like.

We recently went to Minnesota for a family vacation - it’s already pretty cold there. I haven’t officially adjusted my routine for the winter yet, but the Abib Sedum Hyaluron Sunscreen provided a great boost of nourishment and moisture in the mornings without congesting the skin. It would be a fantastic winter sunscreen for people who typically go for more matte/dry formulas during warmer seasons but want a bit more in the Fall / Winter.

I’m almost out of my tube and would absolutely get it again. This is such an underrated product - I haven’t seen any buzz about it on socials. Yet it deserves all the hype and love. I definitely need to get some more.
