Kao Biore Zero Body Sheet Review

I love shopping for kbeauty and jbeauty on YesStyle - all the lotions, cleansers, makeup - so many choices! Occasionally, I step out of my comfort zone and get something really unique. Kao Biore Zero Body Sheet, available here (reward code KBHOBBIT), promise to remove sweat and stickiness caused by heat and humidity. The sheets come in several variations; I chose Fragrance Free.

How to use

• Take one wipe out of the package

• Wipe down desired areas

The wipes can be used on the face as well as the body, but I have only used them on the body.

Despite the brand claims of forming a “protective barrier”, I don’t feel that on the skin. There’s no noticeable residue and I do not think the wipes help prevent further sweating. For me, that’s not a deal breaker. I bought them to remove existing sweat.

My impressions

Have you ever been to IKEA? In July? In the Midwest (aka 94F)? I have. And I hauled back everything to build a desk for one of my kids. What a perfect time to test out Kao Biore Zero Body Sheets. I was so, so sweaty after loading everything in the car in the hot and balmy IKEA parking garage. If I had left all that sweat on the skin, a stench would surely set in a few minutes later. But we had plans to stop at a museum before making the 3 hour drive back home. I’ll spare you the details, but let’s just say that a quick wipe down in the bathroom fixed all the issues. It also felt refreshing, even using room temperature wipes. They were “wet” enough to do the job but the package never leaked in my backpack. It’s very easy to have with you on the go, doesn’t take up much space and doesn’t weigh down the bag.

These wipes will not replace deodorant, at least not for me, but can keep you feeling fresh all over, including in areas that are not typically covered by antiperspirant. Low back sweat? Fixed. Sweaty where thighs meet hips? Wipe that down!  Stay away from mucous membranes, but everything else seems to be fair game. Patch test if your skin is sensitive. 

Most of my more “unusual” YesStyle purchases end up failing. But not this one! I highly recommend Kao Biore Zero Body Sheets for anyone who anticipates getting a little hotter than they’d like.
