I love when kbeauty brands branch out into body care - skin is our largest organ and covers a lot more than just the face. Plus, skin ages everywhere. My hands are a constant struggle any year, but especially since 2020 (so much hand sanitizer!).
Klairs just released two brand new products - Klairs Daily Comfort Hand Wash and Hand Cream. Both are unscented. I’ve been using them for a little while now and am ready to share opinions. They are available on the Wishtrend* site: hand wash here and hand cream here.
Klairs Daily Comfort Hand Wash
This is a gel texture product with pieces of sweet almond shell for gentle exfoliation. The bottle is quite large (370g / 13oz) and comes with a convenient pump.
How to use:
Dispense onto wet hands
Gently massage into a gentle foam
Rinse
I like this product, but with a small disclaimer. I have very dry, sensitive hands that are prone to cracking and even bleeding during the dry winter months. For me, daily (and really - multiple times a day, if you think about it) exfoliation is unnecessary and could even be irritating. I placed Klairs Daily Comfort Hand Wash into our master bathroom, which doesn’t get used as much as the other bathroom. So I use this hand soap once a day or every other day, and that’s perfect for me. For use with every hand wash, I would need the same gel formula but without the almond bits. Other than that, the product is working well for me, doesn’t dry out my skin any further, and the exfoliating bits are gentle enough.
Klairs Daily Comfort Hand Cream
Klairs Daily Comfort Hand Cream is an unscented moisturizer that is not sticky or greasy. The bottle is the same size as the hand wash and should last for a long time.

This is such a wonderful hand cream. It’s nourishing enough to make a difference, but not so heavy to be greasy or sticky. Let’s face it, if a hand product is unpleasant to use, I will not reach for it, especially during the day (I don’t need my phone or my other items to be covered in sticky residue). I love love love that this is unscented. While generally not anti-fragrance, I do try to avoid it when my skin is dry or irritated.
I see a difference in my hand skin when using this cream regularly (the pump dispenser makes that very convenient). I even put it on my toddler a few times - he’s suddenly having dry skin, and I was caught off guard. The Klairs cream was the only available non-greasy unscented product in my arsenal, and it worked really well on his little legs and arms.
Overall, I’m really enjoying this duo - the wash as an occasional exfoliator, and the cream as a daily “damage control” moisturizer. What are your favorite hand care products?
