Mediheal Air Packing Pink Wrap Mask Review

A great sheet mask is often a perfect ending to a long, stressful day. One of my favorite things is to soak in a warm bath while watching YouTube videos and sheet masking - it’s so relaxing. One of my recent mask loves is Mediheal Air Packing Pink Wrap Mask, available on Plump Shop (save 25% on everything from their September box with code lucy25) and Amazon.

Mediheal Air Packing Pink Wrap Masks are made with a three-layer air barrier to create a greenhouse effect of sorts and help every bit of essence penetrate deeply into the skin. The masks come in two sections - top and bottom - for the best fit.

How to use:

  • Cleanse and tone

  • Remove and discard the mesh liner, apply the mask matte side to skin

  • Keep on for 15 minutes

  • Remove and discard the mask, pat in the essence and seal in with your favorite moisturizer

The masks are marketed as self-warming, but I didn’t notice that effect. It’s possibly because I use them in the tub, so the slight warming due to the foil layer is harder to notice. They contain Pink Blooming Complex, collagen, and ceramide for plumper, firmer skin. I know that topical collagen is unlikely to penetrate deeply into the skin to provide benefits “from within”, but it’s still a great skincare ingredient for topical benefits such as improved skin appearance. The willow bark extract can help with the look of pores as well.

Mediheal masks are lightly and pleasantly scented - the aroma doesn’t linger.

My impressions

These are so fun! I love the foil both for the appearance and for the functional benefit of locking all of the beneficial ingredients in and allowing them to absorb into the skin instead of evaporating. It’s a great treatment, especially now that the weather is colder and the air is more dry.

My combination skin looks more radiant and nourished. The serum is hydrating but not heavy, so it doesn’t cause any congestion in my oilier zones. I have used three out of five of these so far and will likely finish them in the near future. Mediheal makes great sheet masks, and these are no exception.
