Oseque Hydro Deep Sea Cream Mask Review

Wash off masks are a regular and much loved part of my skincare routine. It’s a relaxing way to hydrate, nourish, or cleanse the skin - depending on the mask type. The Oseque Hydro Deep Sea Cream Mask promises to moisturize, brighten, and strengthen the skin barrier. It contains seaweed extracts, amino acids and trace elements. A full list of ingredients is available at the end of the review.

I received this mask free for a review, but it can be purchased on Amazon or on Stacy Lash official website. Use a 30SKINCARE30 to save 30% on any Oseque products from their Amazon page. The code is still valid as of June 11, 2021.

How to use

  • Apply mask to wet skin after cleansing

  • Leave on for 10-15 minutes

  • Gently massage

  • Rinse off with warm water

Oseque Hydro Deep Sea Cream Mask has a rich, creamy texture. The scent is fairly strong but pleasant and doesn’t linger. The mask rinses easily with warm water.

My impressions

I’ve tried a lot of different wash off masks, but nothing quite like Oseque Hydro Deep Sea Cream Mask. It’s nourishing and creamy. I happen to like the fragrance, but if you are not into strong smells, then perhaps this isn’t for you.

I both like and dislike the packaging. The deep green envelopes in the cute box appeal to me. They look and feel luxurious, plus stand out from other wash off masks I’ve tried. But from the practical standpoint, a tube may have been better - easier to dispense exactly what’s needed for each use. The envelopes are definitely generously filled - I could get away with using less for one application. But then the envelopes are convenient to travel with or to share with friends. Yes, I just spent a whole paragraph talking about packaging.

Most importantly, let’s talk about results. I am not sure about long term effects (those are a bit hard to judge with a product that’s used 1-2 times a week), but immediately after and for another day or two, my skin feels extra smooth, plump, and nourished. This is a wonderful addition to a spa-at-home night or just to love the skin a little extra after a hard day. I also use these masks on the days that I film my youtube videos - I usually apply more makeup than my daily norm, and then of course cleanse the skin super well. So it’s nice to nourish it with a rich mask.

Have you tried any Oseque products? What did you think?
