We all need friends who challenge us to be better and branch out from our boring routines. I have one who is great at suggesting new makeup types and colors. Thanks to her, I discovered A’pieu Juicy Pang Jelly Blusher, available on Amazon, YesStyle (reward code KBHOBBIT), and Stylevana (code INF10KBH). The jelly blusher comes in six colors; I chose PK01 Plum. And yes, I got this color because that same friend told me to “stop getting everything in Peach". Yes ma'am.

A'pieu Juicy Pang Jelly Blusher is a mix of powder and cream blushes. It promises buildable color without smudging or stickiness.

My impressions
The color and even the format of this blush are outside of my comfort zone, but I’m enjoying the challenge. It’s super easy to apply and goes on evenly. Once blended out and set, the blusher stays put all day - doesn’t migrate and doesn’t separate. It’s a great option for people like me who aren’t very confident in their makeup skills. The intensity is buildable, but I stick to a very timid, light application. Still, it makes a noticeable difference in my face and makes me look more vibrant and alive than I actually feel (I’m a very tired person).
I wouldn’t mind trying some other colors, but if I’m being honest, it will probably take me over a year just to make a dent in this one. I’ve used it a bunch but it still looks nearly new.
