If you’ve been following me for a while, you already know that Sleep & Glow Omnia is one of my favorite beauty investments. I’ve been sleeping on an Omnia pillow for several years now, and I genuinely can’t imagine going back to a regular pillow. It has become part of my nightly routine, helping with both my skin and my chronic neck and shoulder pain.
This time, I’m sharing my thoughts on the Omnia Copper Skin Defense pillowcase, along with a little reminder about another Sleep & Glow favorite of mine, the Pillow Bra.

One fun little coincidence is that July is both Sleep & Glow’s birthday month and my birthday month. Even better, the brand is celebrating its 8th anniversary with a special sale. They rarely offer discounts this high, but during July you can save 15% off sitewide with my code KB10. If you’ve been thinking about trying an Omnia pillow or anything else, this is definitely the time.
Why I Keep Recommending the Omnia Pillow
About 74% of people are side sleepers, and I’m one of them. Most of us don’t realize that we spend hours every night pressing our face into a traditional pillow.
That repeated pressure creates more than temporary pillow marks. The skin remains compressed for hours while you sleep. Over time, those nightly creases can become permanent sleep wrinkles.
Unlike expression lines, which are typically horizontal from repeated facial movements, sleep wrinkles are often vertical because they develop from your face being pressed against the pillow night after night. They commonly appear around the eyes, forehead, and nasolabial folds. Unfortunately, these wrinkles are often more difficult to correct, and while cosmetic procedures and expensive skincare may improve their appearance temporarily, they do not address the nightly root cause.

That is exactly why I switched to the Sleep & Glow Omnia pillow years ago. Well, ok, I actually tried the pillow to help with my neck, but the line reduction has been a fabulous added bonus.
Instead of flattening the face against the pillow, the Omnia gently cradles the head while giving your face space to rest with significantly less pressure. It also keeps the neck and shoulders in a much more comfortable position. As someone who deals with neck pain, this has been even more important for me than the skincare benefits.
Unlike many specialty pillows that lose their shape after a few months, my Omnia pillows have continued to provide excellent support year after year. Sleep & Glow has been generously providing me with updated pillows, but my original is still going strong!

Clinically Proven Results
Sleep & Glow backs up the claims with actual research.
In a dermatology clinic study from Barcelona, 87% of participants experienced a reduction in sleep wrinkles after using the Omnia pillow:
Nasolabial sleep wrinkles reduced by up to 52%
Vertical forehead wrinkles reduced by up to 67%
Wrinkles around the eyes reduced by up to 61%
The pillow was designed with the help of orthopedists to help maintain proper anatomical alignment while you sleep, making it beneficial for comfort as well as skincare.
My Thoughts on the Copper Skin Defense Pillowcase
I’ve tried several Sleep & Glow pillowcases over the years, including tencel and silk, and the newer Copper Skin Defense version.
The fabric feels incredibly soft and luxurious while still having that cool, smooth feeling I enjoy at bedtime. Copper has natural antibacterial properties, making this a great option if you’re looking for a cleaner sleep environment while still enjoying all of the benefits of the Omnia pillow design.
As always, the quality is excellent. Everything feels thoughtfully made, from the stitching to the fabric itself. It fits the pillow perfectly and has held up beautifully. Someone prone to breakouts will especially benefit from the copper’s antibacterial qualities.

Don’t Forget the Pillow Bra
If you’re serious about preventing sleep related aging, I also have to mention the Sleep & Glow Pillow Bra. Full review here.
Just like the Omnia pillow helps reduce pressure on your face, the Pillow Bra is designed to help prevent chest wrinkles that develop from side sleeping. It gently supports the breasts throughout the night to reduce skin folding and compression without feeling restrictive.
I love that Sleep & Glow looks beyond just facial skincare and creates products that target multiple areas affected by how we sleep.

Final Thoughts
After several years of using the Sleep & Glow Omnia pillow, I still recommend it just as much if not more than when I first got it. It has helped keep me comfortable at night, reduced the morning puffiness I used to wake up with, and gives me peace of mind knowing I’m not spending eight hours every night creating unnecessary pressure on my skin. Ok ok, more like 5 to 6 hours, but I strive to do better…
If you’ve been considering one, July is easily the best time to buy. Use my code KB10 to save 15% off sitewide before the promotion ends.
If you’re looking for one beauty investment that works while you sleep, the Omnia pillow continues to be one of my easiest recommendations.
